MBR1000 Mobile Broadband Router

I am going to get a alltel phone my question is I don't get very good signal at my house! Will my MBR1000 give the phone a good signal? Or will the phone work with the router. I have a yagi antenna and a Cyfre amp I am getting good signal with the um150.

No, the phone won't work with the MBR1000.

Sounds like what you need is a repeater rather than an amp. Then both the 150 and phones would work off of it. But I hear the repeater doesn't work as well as a direct connected amp.

I would like to know if you try it because I would like to have a repeater for the same reasons as you. I don't know for sure but you may have to have a duel band unit because the phone I thank is 800 and EVDO is 1900 in most places.

I am wanting to use a non directional antenna and a repeater on my houseboat to help both phone and data. But have been waiting for someone else to report some results.

The router takes your EVDO signal and redistributes it as WiFi so multiple users can use it . It does not enhance cellular signal as your amplifier does . Check out our wireless amplifiers if you are looking for improved reception without a connection
