Comcast is lame and should pay if Comcast blew up the house or fried the laptop but they didn't. Comcast didn't touch it. Period. If the father is a violent dope that is not Comcast's problem.

I'll spell it out since it's obviously gone over your head...
The employee, of a contractor, that Comcast hired, took it upon himself to contact the parents of someone he ASSUMED was cheating, and due to this, the XBOX was smashed, if the CALL was never placed, and WAS NOT WARRANTED, especially by this employee, this WOULD HAVE NEVER HAPPENED.
Got it now? Somehow I seriously doubt it but MEH, you can keep on with your praising someone who should not be praised. I will pray this happens to you so you can be on the receiving end and see it feels.
Oh, and you shouldn't assume all people hate Comcast, you only look like a fool assuming all people do  |
