| Why a new IP range? Road Runner, among other ISPs, is adding customers, and customer devices requiring IP addresses. As they reach the limit of the IP addresses they currently have, they obtain new IP address blocks from ARIN to meet their growing needs. And then they rearrange the deployment of those IP addresses.
