I don't care much for caps, as I don't download a whole bunch. I like the speed, which is always there for me.
As for penalties for breach of contract, I HAVE NO CONTRACT.
Videotron was the only major supplier that would let me have high speed without a contract.
Value is not the same for everyone. I prefer an ISP that gives constant speed and a possibility of having no contract to download quotas.
As for your a**, I dont think it has a great value either. |
