I also have not been issuing these for years, more like to 6-9 months (Correction.... about 1 year and 3 months). You also could of not called our Mississauga office since we don't handle any of our tech support or sales calls from this location.
Once again I am under no obligation to issues free accounts. I do it as a sign of good faith and nothing more.
