·RoadRunner Cable
3 edits | I would tend to say no, but generally it varies from market to market.
I would definitely consider a follow up call to see if you get a different answer, or a visit to your local service center.
I currently have RR Turbo with no cable TV service in the New England market.
Hopefully someone in the know will see this thread and help out
Another option may be to check into Earthlink Cable, it would run over the same lines as Roadrunner, and could be also available to you. That may be a loophole that you could use if in fact they require you to have a higher cable tv package. Although Earthlink Cable is not always available in all markets either.
A current price list of ala carte services is available here for Southern California »www.timewarnerla.com/pricingGuides/
