Mr Prentice, this is not simply a matter between consumers and Internet Service Providers... THIS IS A MATTER BETWEEN THE CARRIER AND THE THIRD PARTY ISPs ... who are presently unable to honnour their service commitments to their customers. Also, please educate yourself on the meaning of net neutrality before pronouncing yourself as an idiot on public television.
