Anyway back to your question, since we both have Earthlink providing service through COVAD, no problems here. Have you tested your connection at the Network interface? That would be the first basic step to rule out your home/apartment wiring. Since Earthlink is your DSL provider, then this is the correct forum for your issues. Welcome to DSL Reports too!
