Re: 10mb Connection only running half speed? Ok, after running in circles all day I just got it worked out by the tech support. Turns out they never defined a speed for me and they just switched to Wave today in my area. Anyway so after talking to about 5+ people one guy was able to figure it out. Also after I went in and changed out to another modem no one set it up right so it wasnt connecting. They told me I was going to have to wait till a tech could come out which would be saturday! Anyway he figured out no speed was defined and that no one had properly provisioned the modem. Anyway I got it all worked out and back to downloading at 1 megabyte a seccond  Thank you all for the input! |
