 Update on Throttling efforts...

As of yesterday at 5PM, this matter has been brought before the CRTC, so I am now officially no longer able to comment on anything further (at least at this point in time). The application was submitted through CAIP, which TSI is a part of, and our position as a national group ISPs is laid out fully in the application.
