Several months ago, I issued a $5 challenge in which I stated that I would pledge $5 per month for the balance of 2008. As I recall, some took me up on that challenge.
I went ahead and paid up early but would still like to see some additional involvement. We're down to only 4 months now.
TDPH is a fantastic project that is dedicated to running our two primary projects. If you actively crunch for TSC or WCG, it is well worth your consideration and donation.

I too have seen the ravages of Cancer. My Father was taken on Dec. 16, 2004 after his fight with Small Cell Lung Cancer.
My Father was a fighter though, and throughout that summer, even after having Chemo, would go out and mow the lawn. I kept telling him that he didn't need to do that, that I would; he would just smile and say, if I'm going to die, I'm going to do what I like before.
We were lucky, the Cancer didn't effect him Physically until the Monday before his death. Then, he turned from being my Father, to being someone I just didn't know. The cancer had spread to his brain, and he was just not there. He was like that for only 4 days, so we were lucky for that.
Now, I would love to join this group, but, I'm waiting for my disability to kick in (fighting with the Government, been going on for 3 years now). I suffer from Chronic Excrutiating Pain caused by Arnold-Chiari Malformation Disease. Unfortunately for me, I didn't get the Diagnosis for the disease until after I was in such pain, and the Doctor told me, he couldn't fix what's going on now, but only stop any further symptoms. I had the surgery, hoping it would make a difference, and it has, I don't get Migraines every other day now, just once or twic a month, and I can take meds to deal with that. So, the problem is, I have only ONE computer, and only ONE INet Connection. I would still like to help, and would turn the client on during times I'm not using the Computer, if that's ok?
Please let me know if I can still join, and just how I can do that. I followed the link to that page and it said it wouldn't be available for 2 or 3 hours.
If you could also email me so I know to come back and do everything, sorry, I'm now taking Lyrica, which has dumbed me down a lot, and messes with my memory. You can email at [Email removed for privacy].
