Hey Hotspot -

I assume the "internal" website already exists with the house listings? If so, then this is really easy (as long as the wireless access point is on a network that can access the internal webpage you're referring to).

I'd recommend an AP running DD-WRT, and just enable the "Captive Portal" function and make it re-direct to your houses for sale web page.
