Hi,
I'm currently on VDSL and will be switching to Teksavvy shortly. I have my cancellation number from Bell but I'm waiting for 7 days prior to the cancellation date which will be April 11th. I'm assuming it's the same process as regular DSL service.

Well it won't be a smooth switch. You may need to have your telephone line re-wired depending how the VDSL line was installed but yes call in and confirm. My best guess is you will have some downtime while you're being switched over. |
