It might be a Connecticut thing....
In December 2007 AT&T started offering the Elite-No Voice Line package it's $39.00 a month

I'll have to check into this.. It was around Dec that i got my number back from vonage. I wanted a dry line with Elite but they said no. So i stuck with AT&T just to keep it.
