BigK : I received the letter today (I live in Chester). It really doesn't give much information other than we will be receiving an email with instructions. The only time limit given is for customers with over 7 email accounts. By April 18th you have to eliminate the accounts over 7 or they will automatically take the "first" 7 and delete the rest. It also asks that we don't change our email account information, including passwords until we get the "green light".

If anyone is interested I will scan and post the letter.

Ken

DaveNJ : Okay i expect Comcast to mess things up, but apparently there is no info on patmedia.net regarding the changes to comcast. Just as expected. So if we have until april 18 to change over our email. Where is the info on how to do ? Its not on the patmedia.net site, and according to comcast i am not there customer and should call 1800okaycable. I guess this is there way of saying welcome to Comcast.
