Unlimited Transfer

How unlimited is your unlimited service? each isp that offer unlimited truly limit to 100-200gb, asking people to stop or they'll stop your account.

Just wondering so i don't waste time ending the contract after a month for offering a non-unlimited unlimited.

so, How unlimited is your unlimited service?

Unlimited is actually unlimited so far.... I've done beyond 500gb and never a word of complaint from Acanac.

They kick ass and actually do as they say

I hope they won't do like techsavvy and say, sorry dude, you're using too much your unlimited connection, you're suspended.

TekSavvy still has an unlimited tier through Cogent, their limited one (200gb) is just through Peer1 (lowered latency/pings). And yes, Acanac is a 100% unlimited, no hidden caps

I've been with Ontera.ca high speed for just a month, and pay $30+ a month, but just found out that they also charge $1.00 per hour that you are on,so the bill was well over $80 this month and was only for 2 hrs a day...this doesn't happen with acanac does it?

Hmm I was with them before switching to Acanac and they never said anything to me of the sort. Were you on the unlimited plan or premium plan? (Unlim here)

As for Ontera charging by the hour as well?? Thats beyond crazy... it's f'ing suicide since no one will stick with them paying such insane fees.

will acanac be more tolerant with the business plan? At 300kb you can average 750gb per month + at 50kb upload you can do 125gb. That's a 875gb transfert possiblity.

Both our residential and business plans come with unlimited bandwidth.

If you have any other questions please let me know.

Is there any way to see how much bandwidth your using. I would be interested to see if I would go over a 20gb cap...

There are several programs out there that can help you measure this... can't think of any off the top of my head, but try Google
