[Equipment] Problems with sending POP3 email with Alltel

I have a treo with windows mobile without the smart choice. I just use my minutes when checking emial. Problem is I can receive mail fine but when I try to make a new one and send it I always get a message that the recipient name is not valid. Any idea of what is going on?

Get yourself a gmail account and use that to send email. That is what Alltel tech support is going to tell you.

I don't know who your account is with, but some ISP's block you from sending. I had the same problem when I had a Roadrunner account.

I now have a Yahoo account that I use. I use a upgraded account so it will work with Outlook Express.
