When a satellite customer's payment is 1 nanosecond late, tack on huge late fees and some usurious interest charges to the balance owed. If the customer chooses to dispute the bill, make them call an offshore call center where they dump your call after a couple hour wait. That would teach 'em to pay their bill on time!

Better yet, do what most companies (like Capitol One, etc.) do: delay crediting on-time payments for up to three weeks, to make SURE they can charge the late penalties.
