| reply to shwing this issue was not solved to my satisfaction, I spoke with Mr Lafontain and it was made clear that I could not revert to unlimited, he offered 10 months at a discounted rate + no cancellation fee...I will be switching to Cogeco after the 10 months are up...why stay with Sympatico Jessuz I hate getting screwed by a company that I promptly pay,on time every month...un real
