Write an Email to kevin.crull@bell.ca (president of residential services)<br>Tell him what happened (see if he cares) and say after being insulted like that you want to leave sympatico and to shove (use a polite word) the cancellation fee, if any.<br><br>The call one of the wholesale ISP's and get hooked up with them. They are unlimited.<br><br>You can find one by making a post in the Canadian BroadBand forum:<br>&raquo;<A HREF="/forum/canbroadband">Canadian Broadband</A><br>Chose one that is unlimited and less expensive than Sympatico.<br><br>2. Ask in the direct forum &raquo;<A HREF="/forum/sympatdirect">/forum/sympatdirect</A> if they can put you back on unlimited (may as well tell them how you were insulted as well).<br><br>3. Accept the insult, stay will Bell for all your services, and be aware that you will be billed up the yahooo. And be aware that if they did this to you now, more abuse from them is sure to follow in the coming weeks/months.<br><br>Any other choice?]]></description>

And no, they (AMDOCS) do not take phone calls so don't even ask to speak to them.<br> </div>I just got off the phone with billing<br>I first spoke with "MaryAnn XM380" who insited I had a cap on my previouse plan, which is not true...she insisted that I did...a blatent lie<br>Then she put me on the line with her superviso "SerIgn7261" he refused to foward a ticket outlining my previouse plan, he would not respond to my questions...I pointed out that I am the customer... he insulted me by mocking me and saying "ahh...the customer is king eh" !<br>He then hung up on me!<br>I had opened a ticket Friday (#86893505) I was promised a rep would contact me within 72 hours...nobody called<br><br>The original order number for the switch to total internet is 7533563, this is where the rep told my wife we should switch because it would make our monthly bill lower, both the wife and I are quite savvy when it comes to internet and computer...so she made sure to ask that we would still have unlimited and she was promised me would<br><br>So far I have been lied to and verbally insulted...I have never been treated with such disrespect by a company in my entire life...this is unacceptable<br>what can be some about this?]]></description>

In the end I never got upgraded because the hardware was not active in my area yet (but they happily sold it to me), and a month or so later I noticed I was put on 60gb cap. Several calls to the business office all promised remedy, but nothing happened, 60gb cap remained. I cancelled in November.<br><small>--<br>GOLF LEAFS GOLF!</small>]]></description>
