ANY and I mean ANY Total Internet Package in ONTARIO comes with 30 Gigabytes+30Gigabytes of additional band width. AKA A Total Of 60 Gigabytes of usage, you can purchase an additional 30 Gigs of usage for 10$, or If you ask you can get the unlimited package for 25$ EXTRA, and keep in mind thats in the fair usage policy.
That is the way it has been since TIP and TIM came out.

Cogeco Might not be the best place for you to go. I am currently paying 64.95 for a 16 meg/1 meg account and last night I received the following speeds 1161/924 see »Re: [SW Ontario] How Is Your Connecction Performing?

... yet I'm pulling at least 13M down and 1M up at all times. It depends on the neighbourhood. Providing a blanket assessment because your one particular node is overloaded is not fair at all. Believe me, I was in the same boast as you up until February.
