Re: upgraded to Total Internet Performance and got put on 60GB
This happened to me back in October '07, I was on 5meg unlimited, I wanted to try ADSL2+ 7meg so I had to upgrade to Total Performance.
I was assured many times that I would stay on unlimited. In the end I never got upgraded because the hardware was not active in my area yet (but they happily sold it to me), and a month or so later I noticed I was put on 60gb cap. Several calls to the business office all promised remedy, but nothing happened, 60gb cap remained. I cancelled in November.
