Get yourself a gmail account and use that to send email. That is what Alltel tech support is going to tell you.

Hernando, FL		 I don't know who your account is with, but some ISP's block you from sending. I had the same problem when I had a Roadrunner account.

I now have a Yahoo account that I use. I use a upgraded account so it will work with Outlook Express.
