In WV the offer the following Subscription services at $6.99 a peice:

-Karaoke On Demand (Before Suddenlink, this was the only Subscription service Charter offered)

Premium On Demand channels are free just as long as you subscribe to that premium service:

-HBO On Demand (HBO/Max - $15.00)
-Cinemax On Demand (HBO/Max - $15.00)
-Starz On Demand (Starz/Encore - $15.00)
-Showtime On Demand (Showtime/TMC - $13.00)

Free on Demand channels are free with digital cable and are located on channel 996:

Adult movies from various adult channels are available on Channel 994; events cost $9.99-$11.99 per event for six hours.

Pay-Per-View events are also located on Channel 996 under "Events". Uncensored TV On Demand is also available and a charge applies for each show viewed. Uncensored TV On Demand is under the "Events" section on Channel 996. Prices range from $3.99 to $14.99 for Uncensored TV. Other events vary.

Pay-Per-View movies are located on "Movies on Demand" Channel 997. New releases/Spanish movies/Foreign Film are $3.99 for 24 hrs. Older releases are $2.99 for 24 hrs. Free content on Ch. 997 includes extras to new movies, theater movie previews.

Channel 998 is basically Shopping On Demand. All content is basically ads for stuff to buy.

Notes:
-Anime Network Free Preview On Demand includes five new episodes of different shows per week. (Roughly two to three hours) shows on the free preview are sometimes censored and have ads before and after the show. The subscription service on Channel 995 is uncensored and does not have ads and you get 15-25 new episodes of various shows a week.

-Discovery Networks On Demand includes content from all the various Discovery owned networks.

-Karaoke Free Preview On Demand has a select group of songs that are featured on the subscription service.

-WWE 24/7 Free Preview On Demand features select content from the subscription service. Also promotes PPV events like WrestleMania
