jc100 : Well there is no other job in the world that rewards such blatant failure and ineptness with a 100 million dollar severance package, than being a CEO. It's quite sad too. Many of these companies get put into financial hardship by this bad leadership. What do they do to remedy it? They give the idiot a huge bonus and good bye package, which is then followed by needing to law of 10,000 employees. Seriously, they need to start telling these morons hit the road and cutting them lose. Their contracts need to state profitability is the only way they will receive bonus or severance. Otherwise, tough luck. If you or I did a bad job, we'd be fired. Become a CEO, and you get rewarded. Amazing.
