IBM Deathstar Hard Drives

Does anyone remember the IBM Deathstar 75GXP class action suit??? I was victimized by these shoddy drives for about $300 a few years ago. Guess what, I got settlement checks Saturday in the amount of $100 (x2). I was beginning to think the lawyers were going to keep all the money. Wow, talk about unexpected!! Anyone else see anything about this???
