[Aptiv] [DC] Screen stays black after I exit a saved program

At least I'm assuming this is an Aptiv issue, since it only started recently.

It used to be that if I was watching a channel on the box, and then brought up a program I had saved, once I stopped watching that program, the box would go back to the channel I had been watching.

Now, I get a black screen. Using the channel button on the remote doesn't help. I have to bring up the guide and choose a channel to get back to viewing. Not the most momentous problem, but annoying nonetheless. Is this how things are supposed to be?

It shouldn't do that, how is the box hooked up to your TV? HDMI ? Componet? also what is the model # of your box?

Okay, so I get home the other night, and it works fine. And it's been fine since. I'm not complaining, mind you, but I hate when stuff like that happens.

This is back to happening again, with a new twist. Say I'm watching a saved episode of "NCIS." The show ends, and I delete the episode. The screen goes black, except for the left-right scroll at the bottom of the screen. That stays and still shows "NCIS." Again, I have to bring up the guide to get back to a program.

I'll get my model number and hook-up info when I get home from work tonight.
