Yes not only did he not say to replace the thermal compound he said be careful not to wipe it off so that it can be reused... It doesnt work like and is almost as bad as using no thermal compound.The fact he says to reuse the thermal compound shows he doesnt know what hes talking about and chances are that mod actually doesnt work.
