From ~2:00 to ~4:00?
Or is that chart reading because I put the modem on standby?

Guess if it happened and they got it fixed while I was out yesterday, then no worries!

EDIT: Looking at the longer monitor, it's appearing that me using the modem Standby button is what did this.

He helped me fix my connection and upgraded me to 15/2 for my troubles. He was sure a nice guy.

Right....I highly doubt that you wre given a free upgrade for being down for a few hours.
