Re: Newsgroup Server problem - 502 error,too many connections We anticipate that the news server provider will have the IP limit restriction removed by the end of the month. It is something built into their system that they have to change for us. Though other large ISPs have asked for it we were able to get it pushed up on the development schedule. I can't guarantee the time frame, but should be soon.
The two farms will remain active as long as needed.

Things looked good for a bit, I was able to catch up on some of my headers, then things got screwy again. Just let us know when things are back to normal with the newservers. It's just too much time and trouble to keep checking and rechecking. 
FYI, I've been a customer of yours since 2001, and this is the very first time i've had a problem with your service. I'm confident you guys will fix everything within a reasonable timeframe. |
