[Speed Problem] DSL problem in Miami Florida

Since about 11pm Saturday night I have had trouble accessing the internet. Some websites load fine and fast while the majority load really slow, and a good portion of the internet is not working at all. I am running a cisco 2620 with a wic1-adsl card. I am sure the problem is not my system since I have not changed any settings in quite a while. However I did power cycle and clear the config and put in a clean config by hand. just to make sure. However I am still having problems.

I have posted the output from the show dsl command and the output from a traceroute to a website that is currently not working. If needed I can post the cisco config. Although I install them for a living so I do not think there are any errors there/ I am just at a loss at this point and att tech support is useless as soon as you mention cisco.

I can't reach that site (69.95.2.67) either. But the problem with it isn't here in Miami/Ft. Lauderdale or even Bellsouth/ATT. It's dies somewhere in New York City.

"and a good portion of the internet is not working at all." doesn't say much to me. I'm not having any problems with any place I go, but that doesn't mean that there aren't problems elsewhere.

well yahoo.com is not working either. The trace shows complete however it does noit load, eventually it might load if i keep refreshing. Same with www.microsoft.com, and a lot of other sites. 2 iout of 3 tracerouts end with a timeout somewhere in level 3 land as well.

Apple.com is another site that will not load.
Looks to me like anything going through level 3 is broken

www.apple.com, www.microsoft.com, and www.yahoo.com all work fine for me.

Also, ping and trace are not reliable tools for diagnosing problems with many sites because many sites are configured to be non-pingable.
