Slow guide?

Recently (In the past couple of weeks) our guide has goten veryslow to respond. We have just the old 8000 SD DVR. I've tried changing the batteried in the remote just to make sure it wasn't that.

Is anyone else having this problem? Is it something I should have WOW come out and look at?

Yep, things have been moving slower for whatever reason.
