We started in the fall to reach out to Customers on the internet when they needed assistance throughout the internet. It is an excellent way to obtain feedback and to help. We are working to improve, and this is one of many ways we are doing it |

| I have had Comcast since they "officially" took over the Adelphia franchise in North East GA. I am less then happy with the 42.95 per month I am paying for my internet service. I have tried several times to discuss with some one in "customer no service" about my concerns and I get the typical run around. I would love to get more for my money, but Comcast doesn't want to go down that path. |
