Hi,
I signed up for a year contract at 18.95 for 768 down/384 up but I am only getting 384 down right now.
Can someone adjust my profile? Thanks. |

| I went ahead and opened a ticket with our support team. They will call AT&T to have the sync rate bumped up. Since AT&T is closed for the evening we will likely follow up with you tomorrow.
We don't have set hours for the forum. We try to monitor it as much as possible depending on our schedules and if we are in the office/out of town. If you need immediate help the best way is always to call our support team.
