Have 768/384 plan, only getting 384/384

Hi,

I signed up for a year contract at 18.95 for 768 down/384 up but I am only getting 384 down right now.

Can someone adjust my profile? Thanks.

Sent. I didn't expect a reply until tomorrow figuring it was past business hours. By the way, during what times is the board monitored for new posts? I'm guessing 8am to 6pm PST.

I went ahead and opened a ticket with our support team. They will call AT&T to have the sync rate bumped up. Since AT&T is closed for the evening we will likely follow up with you tomorrow.

We don't have set hours for the forum. We try to monitor it as much as possible depending on our schedules and if we are in the office/out of town. If you need immediate help the best way is always to call our support team.

DN STREAM SPEED The line is running at the maximum bit rate of 384 kbps.
UP STREAM SPEED The line is running at the maximum bit rate of 384 kbps.
DN STREAM S/N The line noise margin is 11.5dB, which is above the target noise margin of 6.0dB.
UP STREAM S/N The line noise margin is 15.8dB, which is above the target noise margin of 6.0dB.
DN STREAM POWER The line power is 3.0dBm, which is below the maximum of 25.5 dBm, but it cannot be increased because individual tones are operating at their maximum level.
UP STREAM POWER The line power is 11.8dBm, which is below the maximum of 25.5dBm.
DN STREAM LINE CAPACITY The line is running at 18% of relative capacity on downstream transmission path.
UP STREAM LINE CAPACITY The line is running at 59% of relative capacity on upstream transmission path.
