| When will Comcast fix the latency?
»/linequality/nil/2372397
For a year now I have seen constant packet loss. The speeds are great, but the quality is bad. Anyone else in Atlanta area noticed this? -- Comcast HSI 6meg/386, Motorola SB5120, Dell 17" laptop, Dell Dimension 4700 with Dell 24" DVI widescreen paired with 15" LCD, Xbox 360. Xbox Live GT: XcceLL

I recommend people contact them and get this fixed |

| nah, so much more fun for people to complain, get corrected, and then start a flame war over it. Seriously though, the max latency was 70ms which is good even for gaming and packet loss on the comcast ibone is a result of their routers ignoring ICMP, like was stated there's no packetloss to the destination, so none of the other hops matter. |
