I guess it just comes down to each person's individual tastes. But I could see people in theory abusing this even if they did get feedback.
Now if someone has a history of doing this then I would imagine it could be addressed on an individual basis. Even in the few pictures I have posted I got the random "poor" without comment. I jsut assumed the person did not like it, etc. |

The only ones I've ever seen that voted and did not comment at all had almost always voted poor.
