[Scarborough] Drop connection

I have been using Teksavvy for 7 Months. I have rarely get drop (1-3 weeks) connection and quick reboot (modem) would fix it. But I have notice for the pass 2 days. I have been getting drop connections very frequently.. 5-6 times in an evening and ususally when I wake up the connection has dropped again.

Anyone getting else getting this?

Most likely a sync issue, post your line stats.

Unfortunately a SS5360 does not have the ability to display line stats. You'll have to contact TekSavvy either by calling or posting in the direct forum, they can check the line stats from their end and will give you an idea if it's a line problem or not.
