Re: [TWC] cable card update

Funny. I was just about to post the same question about getting the card update in Manhattan for my Samsung SMT-H3050.

One change I noticed was that for the first time since getting cable I'm able to set the screen resolution to 1080i using the remote. The signal reset and flashed the screen was, indeed, 1080i. No more fiddling with the buttons on the front and having the feeling I haven't gotten it right.

Last night when it finsihed and my box rebooted I didn't notice anything. Where is this new tab?

I just wish they added a daily option to the on-timer.

I don't have anything at the bottom of my guide. Just my usual A or B choices. This is Explorer 8300 HDC

Guess what? I don't have that tab yet, and I also noticed that channels 720 and 740 are missing from my program guide
