I was just about to post the same question about getting the card update in Manhattan for my Samsung SMT-H3050. One change I noticed was that for the first time since getting cable I'm able to set the screen resolution to 1080i using the remote. The signal reset and flashed the screen was, indeed, 1080i. No more fiddling with the buttons on the front and having the feeling I haven't gotten it right.
