ggultra2764 : I've been trying to use the Tweak Test to see what settings to adjust for my connection via Dr. TCP and I can't get any suggestions from the server to load up because it keeps timing out and claims that the server is offline.

Right now, I am on Verizon Wireless's NationalAccess connection as this is all I can get where I live with speeds normally surging anywhere from 120-122 kbps for downstream and upstream if I have a good connection. I have Windows XP SP2 as my OS. Can someone please tell me what to adjust with Dr. TCP?
