Actually, my mother uses TWC VoIP in OH, and her calls are much worse than mine. The behind the scenes technology is not important to the end user. As an IT person, I can tell you that all the customer wants is for something to work and do what THEY want it to do.... They leave the details to us.<br><br>If you want to try TRUE business class VoIP you'll go Cisco or Avaya, or whatever other company you want and leave the cableco out of the loop. The only business I see that would use cable would be a really small one without ANY IT department worth their pay... Even then, they would likely opt for at least DSL and one of the 3rd party companies...]]></description>
