That's what I did next. Just got off the phone with tier 2. Hopefully they can resolve this painlessly, as I have 100% medium stream loss and 72% low stream loss.

| DSL Extreme, tier 2 called and said the issue was resolved. But, I am still bleeding packets »/linequality/nil/2372800
It's like surfing 28.8 dial-up. I had SBC and Sonic,net before switching to DSL Extreme. The issue started with DSL Extreme. I'm at my wits end. I have to constantly release/renew, and reset modem/router just to get a page to load. All I want is consistency. Any suggestions? |
