Alright, it's just a possibility, but if some users are lucky enough not to be throttled efforts... , wouldn't it be alot to keep it a secret until. I even see a sticky on the Google Map and it's free-for-all everyone can see it, including Bell. Isn't it helping making Bell job easier, imagine this, "oh this guy is not throlled yet", points to his recent post on Teksavvy Google Map?
I'm just speaking my mind a bit, but it's just a logical conclusion I came up...
