It sounds like it is a router malfunction. Although some have said the power brick can be problematic..
I'd call it in to get a replacement shipped. |

I just replicated the error (it's trivially easy to do at this point), and none of the lights changed or went out. I also confirmed that a second wired device couldn't access the router - I'm normally on wireless. The strange thing is that my STB never stops working. Thanks for all the help so far, I'll see if I can get Verizon to send a replacement. |

When you finally get a person on the line, have them verify your connection from outside. If they can see you, but you can't see them, it's the router. Because you're on a TV package, they'll replace it.
Your STB may have stopped working and you don't know it. You can test by trying to view guide data past 1 week schedule, or start a VOD program. If you get VOD, your STB is connected. Or view widgets. |
