Yeah, I've given up on waiting for Shaw to resolve the issue.

Ping has deteriorated to the point where I'm pinging 250+ to that Chicago server. Even got over 300 at one point which is ridiculous when clan members from Norway, Germany etc ping around 120.

Phoned teksavvy & signed up with them so as soon as that modem arrives I'll be hooking it up and hopefully enjoying much more reasonable pings.

Will post back when I've made the change
