| That just might work for me Warzau. The new vinyl windows have "channels that the window sash(?) is mounted in so I'm thinking I might be able to take a piece of 2x4 lumber the width to the inside of the vinyl frame and notch it with my table saw so that I have a nice flat surface to set the AC onto. If I do that I may be able to anchor this bracket thing you found onto the top of the 2x4 and then also onto the house below the window.
