Pardon my stupidity but where/how do I find my modem's HFC MAC address? I checked it and there are no less than 5 numbers on it.

Newport News, VA		 Their should be a sticker on the side/back/bottom of the modem that has a list of MAC addresses. One of them will be called HFC or Cable MAC address.
