You, or they, must have missed the letter I got from Comcast/Patmedia about a week ago. In part, it says, "during this transition, you may experience some temporary service interruptions. .... you may be able to resolve them... by pressing the reset button on the back of the eMTA.."
... you will need to reset your Internet modem by unplugging for a minimum of 60 seconds, then restart your computer. Also reboot the router, if you have one. |
