1 edit | Why not call for a credit or complain to your ISP? I'm surprised that no one has posted a thread or follow up article detailing their experience where they called Comcast and complained about this, demanded credits, etc etc.
This seems like a perfect article for the Broadband Reports service "gurus" to translate into filth blaming ISPs/traffic shaping/Ted Stevens for "black holes".

I mean, even an Admin could probably confirm that I'm in Canada and all the posts that came from this username in the last 5 years are from Canada.
