<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/835192"><b>t0KE</b></A> : I'm surprised that no one has posted a thread or follow up article detailing their experience where they called Comcast and complained about this, demanded credits, etc etc.<br><br>This seems like a perfect article for the Broadband Reports service "gurus" to translate into filth blaming ISPs/traffic shaping/Ted Stevens for "black holes".<br><br>Seriously... I mean this is someone/some companies fault and they must be ruthlessly harassed about it?? RIGHT!?!]]></description>
